1. What is the Dell Long Service Awards?
The Dell Long Service Awards is an award given to all the Dell employees in India who are completing 5, 10, 15 and 20 years of service from 2012 onwards in recognition and appreciation for the time they have spent in Dell (or a group company). This initiative is being anchored by a team called the Dell Long Service Awards team. The awards will be delivered to the managers of eligible team members, who will then personally hand over the award to the team member.
2. Who is eligible for a Dell Long Service Award?
Any individual working for Dell (or a group company) and has completed/is going to complete a term of 5/10/15/20 years from 2012 onwards in the company is eligible for the Dell Long Service Awards.
3. Where will the award be sent? Will it be delivered to me directly?
The awards will be couriered to the mailrooms of all Dell offices. Managers/ team members will have to pick up the awards from the respective mailrooms.
4. I qualify for the award. However, I want the award to be sent to my home address. Is this possible?
Yes,the team members working onsite or team members whose managers have opted for the awards to be sent directly to the team members will receive a mailer from the Dell Long Service Awards team requesting for address information so that the award can be dispatched to him/ her directly. The team members can choose to share India home/ office address.
5. How do I claim my award, if I am eligible and have not received the mailers that others have?
If you have not received the mailers in spite of having completed a 5/10/15/20 year term at Dell, we would request you to go to the "Feedback" page and fill in the details. You will find the link here.
6. The certifcate I received is erroneous. What should I do?
Please send a mail to delllongserviceawards@thefullerlife.com stating the problem. We will rectify the mistake in the certificate and send you a new one.
7. The package I received is damaged/ broken. What should I do?
Please send a mail to delllongserviceawards@thefullerlife.com specifying the problem and we will send you a new package within two weeks.
8. If my details entered are incorrect, how can I change them?
Once you fill in your details, you will receive a mail in your inbox that enlists all the particulars that you filled the form. In case you need to make any changes the mail you receive will carry a link which permits you to submit a new form.
9. I am a manager whose team member has completed the 5/10/15/20 year mark with Dell, what should I do?
The Dell Long Service Awards team has a repository with names of team members who will complete the 5/10/15/20 year mark. The Dell Long Service Awards team would send out mails to all managers of such team members asking them to take this initiative and be a part of the reward system. Keep an eye out for mails from delllongserviceawards@thefullerlife.com.

If you have received a mail from the team and have any queries, feel free to fill in the Query Form and we will respond to you within 3 working days.

If you have not received a mail, and have a team member who has completed/is completing the said milestone, please mail in to delllongserviceawards@thefullerlife.com and we will get in touch with you regarding the same.
10. I am a manager and have received mails from the team, but was unable to respond in time?
Since we had not received a mail from you in 3 weeks, we have communicated with your team member directly. Hence, you will not be able to participate this time. We hope you appreciate our urgency in the need to communicate to the concerned team member. However, we look forward to your participation in future initiatives.
11. What if the manager and the eligible team member do not sit in the same Dell office?
If the manager and the team member who is eligible to receive an award sit in different Dell offices, then the award will be directly couriered to the team member’s office.
12. I am a manager of a team member who is eligible for the Dell Long Service Award, but he/she is deputed on a client project and works onsite. What is the procedure?
If the eligible team member works onsite at a client location, he/ she will receive a mailer from the Dell Long Service Awards team requesting for address information so that the award can be dispatched to him/ her directly.
13. I am a manager and have responded to the mails from the Dell Long Service Awards team, but have not got any confirmation from the team about the reward for my team member, what should I do?
If you have responded to the mail/s from the Dell Long Service Awards team and provided all details required, once the package has been dispatched, the team will send you a confirmation mail with the Air Way Bill number that is issued by Blue Dart.

If you have not received this email, please mail in to delllongserviceawards@thefullerlife.com and we will respond to you within 2 working days.

If you have received the Air Way Bill number, but have not received the package at the mail room, mail in to delllongserviceawardss@thefullerlife.com. We will respond to you within 2 working days.
14. I am a manager and have followed all the required steps in order to be involved in the rewards program, but was unable to pick up my team member's reward from the mail room within 2 weeks from the time it reached. What do I do?
If you as a manager do not pick up the package from the mailroom 2 weeks prior to the date your team member completes this milestone, the package will be returned to the Dell Long Service Awards Team. The team will go forth to communicate directly with the team member. This is in order to avoid delays in awards reaching the team members.
